Why is Friday Fabulous? I dunno really, it's just a lovely sunny day outside and my Huubbies back today, he was only away over night but the house is very quiet without him, lol. Anyway the beads, well the red and the green beads are chunky, the red ones are around 15mm and the green are 14mm, now that isn't that much bigger than my other beads but these are 11mm wide.
Both have silver foil and fine silver wire melted in , the silver foil is more visible on the red and has reacted more on those, on the green it's left little silver pieces on one side of the beads that look like lots of little stars. I might do some and etch them to see if the silver stands out more on etched beads.
I had a quick play with my DH odd lots again and made this set which i love, the patterns in the glass are amazing and i don't think i've seen any other glass like this, it's fantastic. Below is a set of pillow pebble type beads, i'm not sure why one has come out darker than the others but they are all from the same rod of glass and it was my last rod of this glass. These beads will be up on the site later today.

Ohhh I love the Green set SO much. I'm seriously lacking in funds though so I can't buy them. Sob, sob!

I love pillow type beads, and these greyish ones are no exception. The set from the DH odd lots are gorgeous too!
